We do not cancel orders. However, in the rare event you need to cancel due to error, you must immediately contact Customer Service at 671-969-2884 or email at info@threadsguam.com. Every effort will be made to accomadate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please do note that a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for any canceled orders.
Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you direclty by locating your package. Kindly allow 2-3 business days before contacting us from the delivery date of the delivery scan. This allows the postal service time to re-route your package. If the package is still not located, please contact us via email at info@threadsguam.com. We will try our best to help locate your package and get it delivered to you in a timely manner.
